Overview

At Mobexia, we aim to provide reliable products and clear policies. Due to the nature of electronic devices and international shipping, our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.

If 7 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unactivated, and in original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be present
  • Proof of purchase is required

Opened, used, or activated devices are not eligible for return, except in the case of a verified defect.

Defective or Damaged Items (DOA)

If your product arrives defective or damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo or video evidence

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund (including original shipping)

All devices are tested before shipping to minimize defects.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used or activated devices
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Final sale or clearance items (if clearly marked)
  • Digital or downloadable products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued via cryptocurrency, equivalent to the original USD value paid
  • Transaction fees may be deducted where applicable

Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible. Refunds are issued only after successful inspection and approval.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after confirmation:

  • Check your crypto wallet again
  • Verify the correct wallet address was provided
  • Allow processing time for blockchain confirmations

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange:

  • Do not send items back without prior approval

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for verified defective items
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Mobexia is not responsible for items lost during return shipping

Return instructions will be provided after approval.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
